CHALLENGES
Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin (NCW) has been effective in promoting the successes of its team members through quarterly video stories, primarily focusing on the eastern side of the state. However, aiming to broaden their narrative reach, Goodwill NCW wanted to extend these storytelling efforts to include the La Crosse area, thereby capturing new stories and expanding their impact. This expansion required a video production partner in the Coulee Region capable of navigating the diverse filming environments of their stores and producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with their mission and community influence.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Elevate Media Group was selected by Goodwill NCW in October 2023 to produce its impactful quarterly team member videos. Initially contracted to create two videos, the successful partnership has since expanded, resulting in the production of six videos by August 2024. Elevate Media Group’s services encompass:

Videography: Conducting interviews and capturing b-roll footage on location.
Photography: Taking professional photographs of team members for use in localized marketing campaigns, including web pages, social ads, and in-store signage.

Editing the footage, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics to create a polished final product.

GOODWILL NCU Employee Stories
Elevate Media Group partnered with Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin (NCW) to produce a series of "Employee Stories" videos, each spotlighting the inspiring journeys of Goodwill employees who have overcome significant personal and professional challenges. Tasked with capturing the transformative impact of Goodwill NCW's supportive work environment, Elevate Media Group developed, filmed, and edited a collection of narratives that showcase the resilience and growth of individuals within the organization. These stories not only highlight the employees' development of crucial job skills but also their contributions to fostering a positive community impact through Goodwill's mission.
The video series was meticulously crafted to resonate with both internal stakeholders and the wider public, reinforcing Goodwill NCW’s commitment to changing lives through job training and employment. Elevate Media Group's role encompassed the entire production process—from the initial interviews and storyboarding to on-location filming at Goodwill facilities and the final post-production. The finished videos, each running for about 2-and-a-half minutes, have been prominently featured on Goodwill NCW’s website and YouTube channel, serving as compelling testimonials to the organization's vital role in the community and the personal successes of its team members.
