From initial video support to full-scale training video productions and recurring photography sessions, Elevate has become a key creative resource for Trane’s internal and external communications. CHALLENGES
As Trane Technologies continues to pioneer electrification and sustainability in HVAC systems, the company needed a way to educate and onboard new team members about its electrification heating technology. At the same time, Trane also runs a recurring GTP (Graduate Training Program) for new engineers and technical talent. They wanted to provide professional headshots for each student and a cohesive group photo that reflected the unity and energy of the cohort.

PROJECT
Trane TRAINING VIDEOS
Elevate produced multiple electrification training videos for Trane’s on-demand learning platform. The content included interviews, equipment walk-arounds, and detailed breakdowns of Trane’s heating system capabilities. Using both close-up shots and wides, the final product created an immersive learning experience for Trane team members.

PROJECT
GTP Program Photo Shoots
For multiple years, Elevate Media Group has partnered with Trane’s internal training team to deliver professional headshots and group photos of each cohort in the Graduate Training Program. These shoots are done on location at Trane’s campus, ensuring maximum convenience and minimal disruption to the training schedule.
Headshots:
Individual headshots for 40–70 participants.
Group Photo:
Group photo (sometimes captured via drone).
Portable:
Full portable studio setup on-site, ensuring consistent lighting and quality.
Retouching:
Post-shoot retouching and delivery for both internal use and external branding.
Printing:
Printed and delivered photos before the program concludes, allowing students to take home a professional keepsake of their experience and peers.
