Steve's passion for media has been the driving force behind his career and entrepreneurial journey. As the a founder of Elevate, he has spent the past 10 years engaging in fun and challenging projects with fantastic clients across a wide array of industries—including industrial, educational, medical, sports, tourism, commercial, and more. Being a business owner has been incredibly rewarding, allowing him to bring creative visions to life and build lasting relationships with clients.

After earning a double major in Political Science and Public Administration from UW-La Crosse, Steve launched his career as the Media Director for several successful political campaigns. He then brought his creative talents to the CBS affiliate in La Crosse, WI, where he served as a Creative Producer and garnered a Midwest Regional Emmy along with the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association's highest honors for station promotion.

In his free time, Steve enjoys writing—he's currently working on a novel and a children's book. He also likes gardening, woodworking, playing Call of Duty, and learning about artificial intelligence. At home, he's a husband, father of two fantastic girls and has three dogs named Dexter, Morsel, and Jellybean.
